Welcome to Yes!Pets Behavior Consulting ("YesPets," "Yes!Pets," "we," "our," or "us"). At Yes!Pets, we understand the significance of safeguarding your pet's welfare. Our Terms & Conditions are designed to establish the legal framework that governs the interaction between our clients and our business. By using our website, services, or scheduling a consultation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Yes!Pets provided pet behavior consultations, pet training, and related support services. These services may be offered in person, virtually, or via written communication. All advice and training methods are based on current behavior science and least intrusive methods.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in our services, you agree to: 

• Provide accurate information about your pet's history, behavior, and health.

• Follow safety guidelines and instructions during and after each session.

• Keep your pet up to date on vaccinations as advised by your veterinarian.

• Ensure your pet is healthy enough to participate in training activities.

• Supervise your pet and maintain responsibility for their behavior at all times.

3. Payment and Cancellations

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Consultations (phone and in-home): cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.

• Board and Train Programs: Due to the time commitment and limited availability for board and train services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If canceled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled start date, your depost will be forfeited. If canceled less than 72 hours prior, you may be responsible for up to 50% of the total program fee, at Yes!Pets' discretion. 

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve certain services, including board and train. The deposit secures your booking and will be applied to your balance unless forfeited due to late cancellation. 

• No-Shows (missed appointments without notice) are charged the full session fee

• Packages and prepaid sessions must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase.

 

4. Results Disclaimer

We strive to support you and your pet with the best available tools and techniques. However, because animal behavior is influenced by many factors-including environment, consistency, and genetics-we cannot guarantee specific results. Your commitment and follow-through are essential.

5. Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that working with animals carries inherent risks. You agree that Yes!Pets is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by your pet before, during, or after sessions. You accept full responsibility for your pet's actions and well-being. 

 

6. Intellectual Property

All written materials, handouts, videos, and website content provided by Yes!Pets are the property of Yes!Pets and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent. 

 

7. Privacy

Any personal information you provide is kept confidential and will not be shared or sold. 

 

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion, particularly in cases involving unsafe environments, abuse, or harassment.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. By using our services, you agree to resolve any disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.
